First Agent StudioTerms of service

These terms cover use of First Agent Studio, a service for producing YouTube videos on behalf of businesses. By using the service you agree to them. Where they conflict with a signed agreement between us, that agreement wins.
What we do
We propose video ideas, write scripts from what you tell us, and — depending on what you have engaged us for — edit and publish the finished videos. What is included is set out in your agreement with us and shown on your account.
What you are responsible for
- The accuracy of what you tell us. Scripts are written from your answers, and we do not verify claims about your market, your results or your qualifications.
- Approving anything before it goes out. Nothing is published to your channel without your instruction.
- Complying with the rules that apply to you — advertising standards, fair housing and real estate licensing among them. We are not your compliance adviser.
- Keeping your account secure and telling us if that changes.
Who owns what
You own your footage, your finished videos and your channel. We own the platform, the methods behind it and the concept library, including the ideas we propose to you. Scripts we write for you are yours to use on your own channels.
Connected accounts
Connecting a Google or YouTube account is optional and can be undone at any time from your settings. We use it only for the purposes described in the privacy policy. Nothing is posted to your channel without an explicit instruction from you.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise views, enquiries or business. We will tell you what has worked for others and what the numbers say, and we will not present that as a forecast. Anything drafted by us — scripts, plans, descriptions — is a draft for you to check, and the service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows.
Ending it
Either of us can end the arrangement on the notice set out in your agreement. When it ends, videos already published stay on your channel and stay yours, and we will hand over the material we hold for you.
