Privacy policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
First Agent Studio is a service for producing YouTube videos on behalf of local businesses. This policy covers the personal data we hold, why we hold it, and what we do with the Google account data our clients choose to connect.
We are contactable at ken@viewership.co, which is also the address to use for any request below.
Who this covers
Our clients are businesses that engage us to produce videos. We also hold contact details for people who make an enquiry through a landing page we run for a client. We do not sell anything to consumers and we do not operate an advertising network.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email address and business details of the people who use the service.
- Material you give us — transcripts of videos you have made, notes you write about your market, photographs for thumbnails, and video footage.
- Enquiry details — when somebody contacts one of our clients through a page we run, the contact details they submit and the video that brought them there.
- Google account data — only what is described in the next section, and only if you connect an account.
Google user data
Connecting a Google account is optional. Two connections are possible and they are separate.
Google Drive, connected by the agency to its own account. We ask for
permission to create and manage files this application creates (drive.file). It
is used to make one folder per client and one per video, so footage and finished videos have
somewhere to live. This permission does not let us see anything else in that Drive.
YouTube, connected by a client to their own channel. We ask for three permissions and use each of them for one thing:
youtube.readonly— to list the videos on your channel and read their public view, like and comment counts, so we can show you how each video we made is performing.yt-analytics.readonly— to read audience statistics for your channel, such as approximate location and how long people watched, so we can describe who is actually watching and choose better video ideas for you.youtube.upload— to upload a finished video, with its title, description and thumbnail, when you ask us to publish it. Nothing is ever uploaded without an explicit instruction from you.
Limited Use
First Agent Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service you asked for, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, where it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with the law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.
Artificial intelligence
We use Anthropic’s Claude models to draft scripts and video plans. Material you give us — your transcripts, your notes, your answers to our questions — is sent to that service to produce them. It is not used to train any model. Google user data obtained through the permissions above is not sent to any AI model.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Data is held in Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage) and, where a client has connected Drive, in the agency’s Google Drive. Access tokens for Google accounts are encrypted before they are stored. We keep client material for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards so that published videos and their results remain accountable. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Disconnecting and deleting
You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your settings page, which removes our stored access immediately. You can also revoke it directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your account and everything in it deleted, email us and we will do it and confirm when it is done.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address at the top and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will tell clients directly rather than only updating this page.
